The travel company was extremely helpful in customizing my trip to include some of the more unique sites despite the time crunch and budget constraints. Any questions or accommodation requests were answered thoroughly and quickly. As for the trip itself, all of our tour guides were very friendly, adaptable, and knowledgeable of their respective sites. They made the language barrier feel nonexistent and helped my family experience the culture more in-depth, which I doubt we would have received if we went on our own. They were also very adaptable to accepting requests, such as going to a specific shop or restaurant. As a first time flier, I was initially worried of the outcome, but I am very glad of having worked with Zicasso because the overall experience was memorable and stress-free. 

Every five years my husband and I do a long trip somewhere for "big" anniversaries.This is my husband and my second big trip using Zicasso.  Our first trip was an incredible journey through Scandinavia five years ago.  Part of me thought it was just dumb luck we got the best travel agent/support team on the planet for that trip.  It was amazing.  Now, for our 40th anniversary we figured we would try Zicasso again.  We went to Japan, a gorgeous country with very different cultural touchstones (food, language, etc.).  We had several friends mentioned struggles upon traveling in Japan.  All of them advised we think twice about going because of the struggles.  Well, our two week trip to Japan actually topped the previous trip to Scandinavia!  It was unbelievablly well thought through, coordinated and curated.  I cannot IMAGINE doing what we did without the backup support Alex (the talented agent we dealt with).  Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.

The travel agency did a really great job getting us around Kathmandu, Nepal and India. We were taken care from being picked up at the airport in Nepal and dropped right at security in Delhi.Jay was great to work with as we had a 44 day trip planned including a cruise. He worked out a great tour with the 9 days we allotted him. The agency was very attentive to our needs.We had our driver and new found friend on the India portion of the trip which included the Golden Triangle visiting Agra, Jaipur, and Delhi. He drove us from city to city and worked with each of the tour guides in every local. He made sure we were happy and had plenty of cold water and comforts. He was always there as we came out of any of the many stops and sites.All the tour guides were very knowledgable and we learned many new things as we explored these different cultures.Overall, everyone was great and did a fantastic job! Overall, the value of this trip is an exceptional value.

My wife and I had a fantastic 3 week trip to Sri Lanka in Dec. 2018-January 2019. This tour company provided us with an itinerary that allowed for a diversity of experiences, giving us an excellent snapshot of the culture, people, food and natural landscape of Sri Lanka, a country that has something to offer all travellers. We enjoyed the historical sites in the Cultural Triangle, the wildlife in Gal Oya National Park, hiking in Knuckles Mountain, relaxing in Tea Trails and walking on the beach in Habaraduwa. Kudos to this tour company for catering to our travel interests....both the company and the country did not disappoint!

The trip was fun and exciting and went very well.  The guides chosen were very knowledgeable and attentive.  Logistics were good as well.  Suzie and the team were all very attentive. 

Overall, a very positive experience. What I love about traveling is what you learn about yourself and how you respond. The travel agency offered the vehicle for this to become a reality. The agency and partners usually came through without a hiccup. There were three outstanding guides: one in Siem Reap, in Chiang Rai, and in Vientiane. They were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. All accommodations were excellent and most guides offered restaurant suggestions within walking distance. The timing of tours and length offered the  right amount of time to enjoy the highlights. Also, guides were able to add suggestions based on our interests.

Susan did a FABULOUS job at packing in everything we wanted to do and see.  She worked hard to make sure she answered all of our questions  (even if we asked them more than once!) and had every last detail worked out to make our trip as seamless as possible.  The accommodations were excellent, the food was delicious, and the hospitality in India and Nepal was outstanding.  We always felt well taken care of, and if we had any questions while on our trip, they were always answered immediately.  We can't say enough about Susan and her team!  We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

In late 2019 we booked a trip to Japan through our travel agency that was to happen in Spring 2020. Then Covid appeared and the world shut down. During the delay, the company was clear and timely in communication as we tried to reschedule our trip a few times, hoping Japan would allow tourists again. After 3 years Japan finally reopened and we were able to complete our vacation in April, 2023.The wait was worth it. From beginning to end of our 15 day visit, we were guided and assisted by friendly, knowledgeable guides and drivers; we had excellent communication with in-country representatives; we had outstanding accommodations; we saw the big tourist attractions and a few "special" tours where it was just us, our guide and local residents. All in all an amazing experience that we could never have planned by ourselves.Thanks to Charlotte and the team at the travel company and to our wonderful guides in Japan. This was a vacation we will never forget.
