Nico and the team were helpful, informative and communicative from the earliest planning stages to a personal phone call the day we left the Baltic countries for our return home.  Their hotel recommendations proved to be excellent choices and while I'm certain they treat all of their guests well I'm also certain that a booking from this travel agency received special attention and consideration.  Our guides were professional in every respect and we enjoyed our time with them.  Our drivers were prompt, courteous, and cautious.  The published itinerary, which included so many "extras" such as convenient restaurant choices and historical information on each locale, was the best I've seen and should be a model for other companies.  I applaud this travel agency for their fine work and I applaud Zicasso for using them.

Cindie from the travel agency planned a marvellous trip to London England and Paris France for my daughter and I.  She found the perfect hotels for us and booked the most amazing tours with expert guides.  Our walking tour in London with our guide was a highlight for us.  We felt like we had spent the day with a very knowledgeable friend.  In Paris, the highlight was most certainly our evening tour in the iconic 2CV car.  We truly felt like celebrities driving through the streets of Paris.  Our guide had chosen the perfect French music to play during our tour and planned our arrival at the Tour Eiffel perfectly so that we would arrive in front of it on the hour as the sparkling lights were turned on.

Excellent trip. This travel company planned a terrific mix of interesting museums, architecturally and historically significant buildings and sites, concerts, and outdoor activities. Drivers and guides were professional, on time, flexible and enthusiastically shared their knowledge of the country and culture. We appreciated the Guest website which clearly delineated each day's activities and also allowed us to add our own notes for what we wanted to do in our free time.

We absolutely lived our trip to Poland! The people were warm and friendly, the architecture was beautiful, the tours were informative and fun, and the food was amazing! All of the travel company's contacts went above and beyond in their attention to detail and really listened to our needs when planning the vacation. Our travel designer found the perfect Polish representative, and kept in touch every step of the way. Another representative touched base with us constantly and   Made sure all of our plans came together perfectly. He met us in Kracow, gave us all of the tools we needed to communicate and thrive while we were in Poland, and found the absolute best tour guides for us! From the day I called Zicasso, to the day we came back to the U.S., the teams made sure every question was answered, and every need fulfilled. We loved the trip, and would definitely use this travel company again!

Justin at this travel company did an incredible job planning our trip. I am a 55 year old woman who was travelling with my 17 year old, non-binary child, so it was necessary to be thoughtful about our arrangements. His suggestions weren't always completely in our budget, but when the costs started creeping up, he was more than willing to help evaluate where money could be saved verses where it was worth it to splurge a little. The hotels he chose were very well located and close to the areas in which we were interested. They were also very high quality, comfortable and clean. Europe in general is not great with air conditioning. There was a heat wave happening when we were traveling and it was so nice to come back to our air-conditioned hotel and be able to cool down and rest. The best part about Justin's service was his accessibility and attention to our particularized needs. In total, he probably spent at least 5-7 hours just communicating with me, and who knows how many hours completing all the arrangements and bookings. He responded to my emails quickly, and was always able to make the changes that were necessary based on my requests. He had an "on the ground" partner in Europe--Emilie. She was fabulous as well. She responded quickly to us and was always helpful. The private guides Justin and Emilie chose were wonderful, informed, nice people and the drivers were great. My child and I both enjoyed the trip immensely!

Our travel company did an excellent job. Right from the start with my initial planner to my local contact. They were always attentive to our wants and stressed it was our trip and they wanted to make it perfect. Our local contact, made a few last minute additions that we requested. One was a pickup moved from 2 pm to 10 am. We asked this on Sunday evening and he managed a 10 am pickup on Monday morning. We also added a vodka tour in Krakow that was amazing at the last minute. Everything ran so smoothly, not one blip. All the guides and drivers showed up early and when we made stops along the way they stressed that it was our trip and to take as long as we wanted to see things.

The organization and attention to detail was fabulous.  Our trip planner was in constant contact with us during the trip, which was very reassuring.  The guides are amongst the very best we've had in more than thirty-five years of travel.  The tour company website is easy to use and very comprehensive.We are grateful that Zicasso put us in contact with this tour company who are truly experts and professionals in these countries.
