Excellent in the pre-planning stages.  Listened and responded to the group's wants and desires. Execution flawless.  Great accommodations, fantastic driver and quick to react when we made changes on the fly.  Very good local guides provided in each destination that required it.  Always got us restaurant reservations and our driver was available to us at any time.  Can't say enough about this company.  5 stars well deserved. 

Marcus from the travel agency planned our amazing  itinerary. He provided guidence as to when to visit Morocco. We followed his advise and delay our trip on account of Ramadan and Eid. Every attention to details of itinerary was exhibited. He also prepared us with what to expect and discuused with us in great details before we started our trip. His local Morocco team was very helpful. Having same guide and Driver is a great idea. They were excellent, open minded and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They became our Moroccan family.I am BK  amputee and for me Marcus arranged shower chair and that helped a lot.I did talk to Zicasso and another travel agency for our visit to Morocco. I am glad I decided to go with this one. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives going toMorocco.

The travel agency put together an amazing and authentic trip for us.  Our group saw, felt, tasted and “experienced” Morocco in a way we never would have had we planned and booked this trip ourselves (and we often do just that.)  They arranged several well appointed Riads and one amazing hotel in the Atlas Mountains.  A big “Thank You” to Radia (our Senior Sales Manager who planned our trip) who gently persuaded us not to opt for a different place and itinerary to end our trip.You won’t be disappointed if you work with this travel company - just let them know what you prefer for accommodations, etc. and they’ll make it happen.  The crown jewel for our trip was our TRIP MANAGER and driver (nicknamed ZaZak).  He was with us from the time we arrived at the Casablanca airport until the time we departed from it.  He is the most caring person you’re likely to ever meet.  He made us feel comfortable, safe and was available non-stop for two weeks.  He checked in with us, via Whatsapp, to make sure everything was going well and meeting our expectations.  He coordinated with our guides to make sure they met us and dropped us off at various locations when and where planned.  There’s so much more I could say about him but I’ll end with - when we met him in the morning he made us smile and when he left us at the airport we were close to tears.  We’ll be staying in touch with him.  Great trip . . . Great company . . . Great people!

We just returned from a 10 night trip to Morocco including Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, the desert and Essaouira. Our trip was amazing! Hassan carefully planned everything and included so many sights along the way. All of our accommodations Hassan chose were perfect. They included Riads, Auberges, a tent and a Kasbah style hotel. The food was fantastic and we were able to eat everything, as all recommended restaurants and accommodations used mineral water to prepare food. Bottled water was available everywhere as well.We had the pleasure of meeting Hassan on 2 occasions. He met us in Marrakech at our Riad and walked us to a restaurant and stayed for a bit talking with us. Then as a surprise we met up again in our tent and had dinner with him. He is very proud of his heritage and it shows in the trip he planned for us. We had a driver for the trip. He is such a nice person and was so knowledgeable and accommodating throughout our trip. To get out to the desert it takes 2 days of driving, but we stopped many times to see things along the way. We spent about 8-9 hours each day between getting there, lunch and bathroom breaks, and seeing sights you don’t want to miss. Some areas are very remote. He took great care of us the whole time. I read that you should bring Dramamine on the car trip through the mountains and didn’t believe it. 2 of the 4 of us got car sick, so I highly recommend taking something. The drive is very twisty turny in the mountains with a lot of  climbing and then or course, descending. The car was very roomy and the A/C was on. Our driver was great though and very patient!! We had such a great experience and highly recommend booking with Hassan. It is a beautiful country full of the most friendly people. We felt safe everywhere we went.  

This trip, planned by the travel company, was exceptional!  Dev planned a meticulously designed tour of Italy for an intra-generational family of 7 (age 13 to age 80). Without her detailed knowledge of Italy and travel in general, we would have been lost and wasted tremendous time and energy.  With Dev, we had an unforgettable trip for which we simply had to show up...with EVERY consideration handled.  I am incredibly grateful I found Dev. I felt from the moment I spoke to her she was THE perfect person to plan our trip and this feeling only grew more strong as the travel planning began and ultimately finalized. We simply will not travel internationally in the future without Dev! My entire family agrees! Every detail of this trip was thought through from start to finish before we started the trip including spot-on recommendations that made the trip possible in ways that we had not yet even considered. Dev recommended a walker for my mother for certain activities and while my mother was resistant at first; we realized upon arrival, that this suggestion SAVED the trip. Without this aid, it would have been almost impossible for my mother to see what she wanted to see. On top of this, what really stood out to me were the ways that Dev took care of us while we were on the trip when we had problems or changes beyond our control. For example, our train had a change to a different station overnight. Dev ensured not only that we were aware but ALSO ensured a local contact was there to meet us at the train station to ensure once the driver dropped us off, that we would make it to the train. What a relief to be greeted by her!  On top of this, my father left an important medical device at home. I was able to locate it with a vendor but had no way to figure out how to obtain it. I mentioned it once to Dev and it was handled in short order.  Again, unbelievable support just when needed! And last but not least, this entire trip had to be entirely redone due to a new job for my son. She moved everything around and made it work without any issue! I simply cannot say how much this trip exceeded the expectations of the entire family.   Every time, I thought she had done all she could to make it special, something else would happen! I remember on the last night, after the gelato had been prepared, the chef brought out the most delicious cake I have ever eaten, for our anniversary! This is a perfect example, of how a day with Dev goes! Expectations always exceeded!Masterfully executed trip that we will NEVER forget. Thank you Dev and team!!! We will see you again!
